This is the first part of what I have my Dsquad athletes practice in almost every run session. I will discuss removing braking forces and the interaction with ground, harnessing energy through alignment, how to run faster downhill avoiding braking forces, flexible range of motion test. By the time you have got these techniques down you will be running faster with less effort.
Once you have mastered these important skills you are ready to progress on to Run Technique Video Guide 2.
